At Lifework Yoga Studio we teach people, men, women, and children before we focus on style. We've been trained in Iyengar yoga, Astanga yoga, Kundalini yoga, Hot yoga, Power yoga, Raja yoga, Bikram yoga, Siddha yoga, Integral yoga, Karma yoga, and a long list of other styles, but our focus has always been on the individual person. We try not to be stylish because styles come and go, and people are always more important than any style.
